In 2016, Desarrollos Concesionales Insulares S.L. (DECOIN) was founded with the aim of becoming a leading operator in the management of administrative concessions in the nautical-sports and coastal sector.
Since its inception, the company has promoted a solid, innovative and sustainable management model, capable of responding to the demands of a constantly evolving sector.
Currently, DECOIN combines the operation of its own facilities with the provision of management services for owners of nautical infrastructures and investors looking to enter the world of recreational boating.
