These marinas and boatyards are part of DECOIN’s trajectory, where we participate in their management, operation, or design during their concession period. Although our operational cycle in them has ended, they represent an essential part of our experience and the knowledge acquired in the creation and optimization of nautical spaces.

Scope of the contract: Project and tender. Start-up and management.
The facility, located in Menorca, is dedicated to the repair of boats in an open boatyard regime in Menorca. It offers services for lifting, moving, cleaning, and launching boats. Facilities with access control. 24×7 CCTV surveillance. Water and electricity supply. Wifi, changing rooms, showers, rope shop, and weather information.

Scope of the contract: Project and tender. Start-up and management.
The facility, located in Formentera, in the Port of La Savina. An exceptional enclave in the Mediterranean.
It consists of five pontoons and access-controlled gates. It offers 24/7 seamanship services, safekeeping of boats and luggage, water supply, electricity, Wi-Fi, changing rooms, showers, rope shop, and weather information.
